I am not good with computers. Can I still do this?
Yes. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. Write a few lines in the box above, add photographs if you have them on this device, and pay. If your photographs are in an album at home, place the order anyway and we will guide you, step by step, after checkout.
What can I send?
Photographs of any age, a voice recording of you speaking, or written words. Families often send a mix: old prints for the early years, phone pictures for today, and one short voice note that becomes the heart of the film.
How fast will I receive my film?
Standard delivery is within 2 days for $749. Express delivery is within 24 hours for $949, and your film goes first in line with the same filmmaker and the same care.
What if I want something changed?
If we get anything wrong (a misspelled name, the wrong photograph, a technical slip), one correction round is included, free. Tell us and we fix it before you share the film with your family.
How long can my film be?
Your price includes a film of up to 2 minutes, which suits most stories beautifully. If your story needs more room, each additional minute is $150, up to a maximum of 5 minutes. You choose the length when you order, and the full price is shown before you pay. There are no charges after that.
Can the film use our favorite song?
We use licensed music chosen by your filmmaker to fit your story, so your film can be played and shared anywhere without being muted or taken down. A famous recording you love cannot be included, because its license does not travel with the film — but we will find something with the same feeling.
Is my payment safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe, the same secure checkout used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card number.
